Je dcérou Jamajčana Davida Burke-ho a Angličanky Mellisy Bell – speváčky zmámej R&B formácie 80-tych rokov Soul II Soul. Jej najúspešnejším singlom je zatiaľ Bad Boys s Flo Ridom. Skladba “Elephant”, ktorú vytvorila v spolupráci si Erikom Morillom je predzvesťou jej nového albumu.
